Worcscon will be taking place on Saturday August 11th, 2018.
The show opens to General Entry at 10.00am & closes at 5.00pm
Is there wheelchair access?
There is wheelchair access across the entire venue and a number of Disabled Parking spaces.
Are Press Passes Available?
We may issue you a Press Pass if you can supply proof of your media outlet and let us know the type of press you will be doing on the day.
Is there somewhere I can eat?
There is an onsite food vendor that caters for all needs. There is also a concessions stand in the Riverside building.
Is there a cloakroom?
We have multiple lockers within the main Arena where you can safely store your coats and or other belongings.
Will stalls take debit/credit cards?
We do recommend you bring enough cash with you and some stalls may take debit/credit cards.
Can I refund my ticket?
All tickets are non-refundable however they are transferable.
Guests & Autographs
Where can I see which guest are attending?
We will add guests to the Guests page on the website as soon as they are announced.
Can I bring my own merchandise to be autographed?
Guests love to see different things people bring to sign.
Charges are per autograph.
Guests will also have printed photos & or other merchandise available to be signed.
How much is an autograph?
Autograph prices vary according to each guest. Prices will be released closer to the event.

Will I be filmed or photographed?
You may be filmed or photographed. As well as Press, we will have Worcscon photographers taking pictures throughout the day.
These will be available to view on our Facebook and social media pages.
By purchasing a ticket, you give automatic permission to be photographed or filmed within the venue.
